Topaz City: The orange glow of this city can show one’s true colors.
Topaz City is known for being VERY strict on its residents for Poke’mon Battles, Trainers, and Poke’mon themselves. In truth, the Police department is really a Team Rocket Headquarters. They keep a tight grip on the city while at the same time taxing everything they can.
The large building is the “Police department”. The other buildings are simply run-down apartment rooms. Renting a room costs money, entering the city costs money, even Battling costs money.
Under the Police Building is a Rocket Research facility that has many stolen items and Poke’mon as well.
