Feedback Guidelines
This sub-forum will now also be used for members to post their feedback about the stuff in the guild. The guidelines and steps on how to post your feedback are written below. Don't worry, it's not too long and it's really easy. This will help the crew to see what members think about the guild and to also improve certain aspects.
[Making a proper feedback]
° 1 First of all, you must create a new thread with [Feedback] on the title together with what you're giving feedback on. It can be about the home page and main forum to the different systems we have on the guild. Feedback on the crew members are also welcome. An example of a title of a feedback should look something like this:

[Feedback] Shinigami Point System
° 2 After the title, let's get to the content. As much as possible, make your feedback as detailed as you can. A few words on what you don't like in the guild won't help us to improve it. Your post must have the pros and cons of what you're giving feedback on and also your thoughts on the matter. Also, state ways on how it could be further improved/what you think could be done. This will be taken into consideration by the crew members when making improvements on different aspects of the guild. Below are examples of a good feedback and a poorly written feedback.
Poorly Written Feedback
Hey the shinigami point system sucks. It should be burned down plz.
Good Feedback
Shinigami Point System Feedback
Pros: Organized, will improve RP and avoid godmodding, etc.
Cons: Confusing
What could be done: I was thinking that maybe we could use a hexagon chart [one like what they use in the stats in Bleach Wiki] to make it easier to understand and to make it more appealing to the eyes. A bunch of numbers look really boring. I bet the other members of the guild would love to have this as well.

It's still not all that detailed but it still helps. Make it as detailed as you can and better than the one posted above. Although if you can't, it's alright. As long as it's not as bad as the first example which looks like some n00b made it. Always remember: The more detailed, the better.
[Reminders]
° 1 Make sure that the feedback you're posting does not come out to be rude. Write it properly and as much as possible make it constructive criticism and not destructive. If your feedback violates this, there's a possibility that you will be banned, depending on the case. Your feedback will also be deleted. Same goes for a poorly written feedback.
° 2 Other members and crew alike are welcome to give comments on your feedback. There are things that others might want to add to what you said, they are free to do so.
