After months of questing, I got it.....
to find that there are no more servers with closed gates.
FAIL
I would seriously pay $50 for the sake of transferring my main to and back if it would get me the title and mount.

used to be new servers were released with gates closed. Simply transfer, bang gong, and transfer back. However, now servers are released with gates open.
