A bunch of stuff regarding money at a restaurant I guess.

おねだん - onedan - price
ごちそう(する) - gochisou(suru) - to treat someone to a meal
かう - kau - to buy
かける - kakeru - to cost(money)/take (time)
いくら - ikura - how much
ぐらい - gurai - about(terms of money)
さいふ - saifu - wallet
げんきん - genkin - cash
ぜいきん - zeikin - tax
ぜんぶ - zenbu - everything/total

example sentences:
さいふをわすれた。D:
saifu o wasureta
I forgot my wallet.

わたしはごちそうする。
watashi wa gochisousuru
I will treat.

ぜんぶでいくらぐらい?
zenbu de ikura gurai?
How much is it in total?

Maybe I'll do another post on foods? x.x;

Just wanted to make a small correction for ya augizzle.

To take time or to cost money is かかる(kakaru). かける is another form of "to use" like you would use the telephone (でんわをかける).
The last question you stated, "about how much will everything cost", is fine the way it is but I feel the more common use would be using kakaru like this:

せんぶはどのぐらいかかりますか。
as for everything about how much will it take (will it cost).

いくら (ikura) is fine to use but as I have really only heard it in inquiring about an item not so much the bill.

In Japanese, doesn't a question end with the particle ka and a period?

Usually, but sometimes there are shorter, more casual forms. If it's the particle ka, then yes it should end with a period.

More to add:

お会計 (おかいけい) bill
別々 (べつべつ) seperate bills

Both words can be used with お願いします (おねがいします) smile
