the answer depends... how old are you? and how much money do you have?
if you take the out-of-state guy, can you afford to go all the way to his place every time you want to meet? can he afford to come to you?
do you live with your parents, still? because they'd make that harder.
or, if you hvae the money, and live on your own, could you leave your home to be with this guy? Sounds kinda risky... what if you break up?
bottom line- unless you're 100% positive you're gonna stay with somebody, don't make permanant changes in your life for them. (except in some rare cases)

go for the one you truely love and feel will help you through life think of the comfort each has given you and choose what your heart says distance is only an obsticle god made for us to over come
