After reading the posts of a member this morning, I have decided to not only ban that person for violating the rules but also make a few minor changes to them.
I will undoubtedly add more stricter rules to be followed by the members and the crew. This guild is about unity. Words like homo, f*****t, the n word, etc are not to be used in this guild. These words have origins stemming from hatred and will not be tolerated under any means necessary.
I also made the guild private to prevent people outside of the guild from posting, or trolling. This is something I don't want to do, but in order for us to be true to our mission statement it must be done.

H~ is a slur against the homosexual community like G~ is a slur against the Rroma and R~ is a slur against those with Mental Disabilities. Just because we use them in everyday speech or don't use them directed at members of these communities mentioned doesn't mean that these words are not slurs.

Damn it all, you banned my little buddy. I liked that kid, he had fire, kinda reminded me of me. I still follow the George Carlin theory that there are no bad words, only bad intentions. Basicly its the power orintent that is placd behind the word that causes it to be a slur, rather than the word it'self. This is what maintains the distinction between a slur and a term of indeerment ie: N~ said by a black man greeting another black man, both smiling and a souther white guy with a confederate flag on his hat saying N~ to ablack man on said white man's lawn.
also as i distinctly remember posting the F~ slur (in my case refering to the homosexual comunity of wich i am a part) i guess i should take that as warning number two?

I personally think the ban was a little premature to be honest. He was young and if he really wasn't going to fit in, he would have left on his own accord.
I do come from a school of thought that words carry a meaning. If words didn't have meaning, then the only reason I speak or say anything would be to just spout gibberish at best or to just hear myself talk at worst.

It would be regulated and be where people can let out some stem in a sense.
