Personality:
A calm and kind vampire. His personality can best be described as introspective and analytic, but he usually becomes kind and approachable when he meets people who are good at heart. Unlike most vampires, he has a very good control over his vampire instincts. This causes his human-like behavior, which makes many people think he is a human.
History:
Revaire was born and raised in a mountaintop mansion, far away from the land of gaia. His parents were very wealthy vampires who had influence over most of the political and economic affairs in their area, as well as in different parts all over the world. Revaire's father, Eriaver, was the close cousin to the lord of the vampires, and controlled a vast amount of land and sea.
Always ambitious and power-hungry, he would often abuse and even kill his friends and family for more power. However, when he threatened the life of the lord of vampires, he was exiled from the royal family permanently. Keen on taking the vampire throne and becoming the leader of the vampires, he challenged the current lord of vampires to a duel, where he lost horribly.
Humiliated and angry, he pushed away his closest relatives, living in total seclusion. When his sole son Revaire was born, he decided that it would be him to follow in his name and overtake the vampire throne, so he viciously trained him in the art of combat. Revaire however hated fighting, especially if it ment killing other people.
Disgraced over his own son, he turned to his close friend Silven, a powerful demon spirit, and asked him to "guide" Revaire. One day, while Revaire was sleeping, his father Eriaver casted a fusion spell, fusing his soul to that of Silven's. Much to his surprise, Revaire was able to gain full control instead of Silven, even though Revaire was weaker.
Infuriated, his father attempted to kill his son one night. As the castle guards closed in on him, his mother defended him, allowing him to escape the mountain and start a life of his own. After running and traveling for several weeks, he ended up in the town of Durem, far away from anyone he knew. A nurse working at the Durem Hospital noticed Revaire passed out from lack of food near the front entrance of the hospital.
Taking him into the hospital, doctors were able to save his life just in time. After finishing his recovery, Revaire was deeply interested in the medical arts, determined to save lives, not take them, and enrolled in the local school. Although vampires were pretty common in the school, Revaire always felt like an outcast because of his differences from other vampires.
His looks and behavior was different from that of the other vampire kids, being that he was not as attracted to blood and awake during the day. Many vampires thought he was a human, even though he had a full set of vampire teeth and vampire eyes. Humans also rejected him, noticing his vampire features. His ability to heal was also different from the other vampires, healing at unimaginable speeds.
As he stood in the hospital alone, a mysterious man saw him and came to his aid, casting a seal spell on him. The seal helped him live normally, and as he studied he skyrocketed above his other classmates, skipping 5 grades ahead of his original classmates.
When it came time for college, Revaire lacked the necessary funds, even though he came from a very rich bloodline. A man in Durem offered to pay off all of Revaire's school funds if he did a little "cleaning up" for him. As an assassin, Revaire killed over 100 people, most of which were gang leaders and mafia members. He very much hated killing, but did it anyway, gaining the money he needed to go into college, and burying his emotions and thought over his killing spree deep within.
However, as soon as he recieved his degree for medical science, he suffered from a horrible coughing attack that made him pass out. At the hospital, doctors could not diagnose the disease, saying it was unlike anything they've ever seen. No library, even the ancient vampire ones, contained any information on the disease.
Determined to overcome it and find the answer, Revaire traveled to the Shinigami Library, using his prowess in medical science to help others in the process.

-His sword, Inferno, is retractable, with a length of 2 feet when folded and 5 feet when unfolded. A electronic device located inside the hilt can heat the sword up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, burning everything it touches.
