This guild will only have the potential for effecting change at Gaia if we have numbers, which I am sure are out there! This is not a small issue I am sure.

I think putting the date you got your trading pass disabled can be a powerful tool to get gaians to realize just how gaia neglects to address our situations.

While I myself am not a user that's been affected by any wrongful banning, my girlfriend showed me some of the notes that have been traded back and forth between users that have been banned and the mods, and quite frankly I didn't realize to the extent of how much gaia doesn't give two shits about it's users.
I mean it's amazing, they have no right reason to ban somebody without proving that a particular user was botting or profiting from botting, if they have the ability to track and tell if a user was botting, then they have the ability and the capacity to search through posting records, gaia cash records, refresh rates and more, time stamps, dates and so on, then they also have the ability to unban the user especially when it comes to money.
Since you're paying for premium items or for extra features that aren't available to regular or "free" users, then a lawsuit can be brought up to the corporate headquarters of gaia, I'd like to see them prove that they cannot prove that anybody wasn't botting because they can, they're lying through their teeth.
If anybody still uses this guild at all, I'd like to speak to somebody about creating a petition and bring the attention to their corporate offices to rectify this massive and problematic miss treatment of the end user.

Trading pass disabled for pro merchanting, heh....everyone wants to be the best there is, what's the point when their are penalties for it.

So I can't even buy anything because of this? This is ridiculous. This is a sloppy, inefficient, counter-productive, lazy, way to deal with the hackings.
