Guardian
Name: Nicodaemious “Nico” Dench
Hair: Sandy blonde. Though cut short, it looks as though Nico may have tried doing it himself, creating a mess of uneven ends and overall shagginess.
Eyes: Hazel. Usually tired looking.
Appearance: Dresses in attire that looks like it would be quite refined and tasteful, if only it weren’t in need of a wash and a good iron. His frame is quite thin and gaunt, making his clothes hang off him sometimes.
Personality: A morose and pessimistic individual prone to laziness and sloth, Nico spends much of his time at the bottom of some bottle full of cheap wine. He is something of a magpie in that he tends to pick up shiny objects off the ground. It is because of this habit that he now has a collection of lost earrings, broken bracelets, and tarnished rings.
Background: Nico was once a highly sought after singing prodigy, specializing in opera and epic ballads. Reviews of his performances would go so far as to boast that he had a voice that even the Gods and Goddesses would bow down to listen to.
Unfortunately some peers, jealous of the accolades bestowed upon Nico’s voice, created a scandal around the young man which spiralled out of control. Although they only meant to discredit Nico, the singer’s career and life were left in ruins.
Sometime later, Nico’s name was cleared and the truth came to light. The offers to come sing again came pouring in, but the damage was done. Disillusioned by the people around him, who would betray him and distrust him so easily, Nico fled.
He travelled to the other ends of the country, seeking to get away from who he was and who he had been made out to be. Yet the memories of what had been weighed him down, and he’d since given in to despair and bitterness, unable to embrace a new life as initially hoped.

Dust
Essence: Medusa’s Tear
Notes: Still getting into this whole breedables/RPing type thing, so I’m not sure just how much information I should put down. Also, while I am almost certain of the Guardian’s character, the specifics beyond Essence for this little Life Dust currently eludes me. Though I am confident that inspiration is more than likely to hit sooner than later.
Although, if I am to write about what I should like in the way of appearances, I do envision Medusa’s Tear as having one of the upper quadrants of his or her face being covered by what looks to be a chunk of marble, as though this being had been encased within a statue at one point and this lone piece was not removed.
