What is the difference between Standard - Open and Standard - Sealed tournaments?

I could be wrong, but 'Open' implies that any card can be used, so long as it's Standard-legal.
'Sealed' obviously means that it's a Sealed tournament, and only allows cards that you pop open from packs purchased for that particular tournament. =x
