NOSFERATU PWNS ALL!
He was scarry, he was heart stopping, AND THAT WAS SEXY!

I need no sparkles, give me some undead and scary guys that rip out vocal cords and call that lunch!

But Blade is nice... *is a contradicting looser*
Blade Trinity was fantastic, but Blade II was... Wow
It was so intense, I just keep laughing!
It felt like there wasn't enough comedic relief and I couldn't keep taking it all seriously... So, I laugh reaaalllyy hard.
But To be honest, if I had to define vampires, Blade II.

But still, no one, NO ONE can beat Nosferatu.
And there's a reason why.
HE'S BBBBBBBBBBA!!!!!!

big fan of night world (#1) and house of night.
kinda ok with twilight (there's some things i don't agree with, but i don't hate it), am currently reading 'bloodsucking fiends' (also in that collection that i haven't gotten into is 'you suck' and 'bite me')
couldn't get into vampire kisses (tried) and actually haven't read any anne rice (i'm not a true purist. i know. part of that is my mom once said anne rice sucked, and i took her advice). i guess i have vampire academy on hold at the library, and i just keep looking for other vampire books at the library (it has become easier to find since twilight and the whole vampire thing became popular.)

What is Vampire Academy about?

I like pretty much all vampire series in general. From Buffy and Angel all the way to Twilight. Yes Twilight I said it.

And whats Moonlight?

Any good werewolf stories? I feel like they become so underrated!

Dude, Moonlight was a short lived but totally badass vampire tv show with kind of a Dresden-ish feel to it.
The Twilight Saga was what introduced me to reading vampire books, and I just recently started reading the Anne Rice books. But, as far as vampires are concerned, I'm really more of a visual media guy. 30 Days of Night, Blade, Lost Boys, Angel/Buffy, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Underworld, Ultraviolet(the british tv series, not the movie with Milla Jovovich), and Fright Night rock my world.
If you want an awesome werewolf book, I suggest Fool Moon, if you haven't read it. It's a Dresden book by Jim Butcher, and it's nothing but pure adrenaline from start to finish.

No offense to Twilight fans, but those books nearly killed my love of vampires. Thankfully, there's Vampire Hunter D, Hellsing, the classic Dracula, and Guillermo Del Toro's The Strain.

Let me first say Alan Quin I love you xd Vampire Hunter D and Hellsing are both epicly awsome.

The only vampire tv show that I ever liked was Moonlight because it was different. Never mind Mick Saint John was hot and kicked a**. It gave vamps a fresh new look and made there existance seem almost possible.

Movie wise Dawnbreakers was....interesting but also somewhat disapointing as some of the acting was shitty and the gore was exessive. Interesting idea though. The consept was entertaining.

Eh, not a fan of Twilight or Vampire Diaries. And I don't watch True Blood either.

But I love Trinity Blood and Dance in the Vampire Bund. Both are awesome animes.
