Blitzen's voice always pulled her away from her embarrassment, with him everything was possible and nothing could be wrong. Lupo's eyes flittered back to meet his with a warm smile, her heart was racing by his return, everything would be ok now she wouldn't be alone for this. Oh.. when he asked she remembered, he hadn't known. All this had happened reasonably recently, Silren and Pickle falling sick, Badr returning with a mate, Pickle getting better and now the leadership changing over. Though they hadn't been completely informed or kept up to date she'd heard the gist of everything from Ripple so Blitzen had no way of knowing. "Prince Badr came home to care for his fathers, he came back with a mate and is now being passed the leadership of the Pride." She chuckled, it would take her quite a way to consider the once muted pup the leader, Lupo would forever hold Silren and Pickle in high respects. Nodding up to the Pride rock she made a paw gesture without moving away from her mate "It should take place within the next hour. Oh Blitz, It's so good to have you home." Her smile reflected immense relief and comfort in having him there and so close to her.
Still firmly secured at his mates side Pickle found himself chuckling along with the jokes being made and Sachi's giggle. Content with his placement he did spare a glance to try and locate Kendra, he recognized that name and had a picture of the dragoness in his mind whenever her name was mentioned. After a moment of eager peering he could not locate her and let out a sigh, he wanted to go see her, she was the only one missing from his closest friends, though everyone else with a full understanding would consider them family. Never the less he concentrated on Sachi then turned to check his mate and Aatami just in time to see he was being spoken to. Pickle recognized those two names though one had only recently come into his life and nodded rapidly and started one paw out to lead the way to the mates waiting at the base of the rock, making sure to keep a steady enough pace for Silren.

"Oh... such slow pokes, are you coming or not?" Said a sweet voice though it held a slight hint of irritation over her shoulder. "I swear... we are suppose to come somewhere and we're late! Always late..." She shook her head, holding it with a paw as the thick end of her tail hit the ground and her son knew he was in trouble.
"S-S-Sorry Mother..." He stuttered as a sigh came fourth from his mouth. He wasn't intentionally trying to be slow, but he never knew Nyliha to be in a hurry herself. They weren't that late, were they? But just as the blue male lion came fourth into the clearing to see a great gathering of dragons he knew that they were. Curse it. Why was he always so useless?
Duel colored eyes slowly opened from the foot of a rock. Wary, almost as if all this commotion was such a bother. He knew what was going on, he just wasn't sure why everyone was all up in arms about it. Twitching his tail back and fourth, the small dragon cub watched in half interest at the events around him. So what, new leaders? Couldn't they do the ceremony in private and then announce it to everyone later? It seemed like that would be much less drama....

Motsuba tilted his head. "Biased?" such big words confused him, but when Badr nuzzled him, he forgot all about that. Motsuba had such a short attention span. He had wondered if he would be able to help Badr out at all at least five times already, and the thoughts going through his head now made six. When Badr mentioned his mother however, he looked out towards the crowed to see if he could pick her out. Motsuba had only ever seen familes with one mom and one dad, never two dads and one mom or the reverse. "Your family is so interesting! I hope they like me...." he said, the last part of his sentence becoming softer in tone. He was getting nervous now too, but part of him deep down inside told himself he had to be strong. For Badr's sake if not for his own, and so his grin never left his face. Having kept his question in for the longest time, the silly dragon couldn't keep it in any longer. With a goofy grin and an embarrassed chuckle, he whispered into Badr's ear. "Whens it gunna start?"

Badr was glad the confusion over the word faded quickly, he didn't consider himself in the best state to define words for his mate. He'd come back to it later and explain defiantly. "They sure will, I just know it! Your about to find out." With that Badr nodded to the approaching three dragons and one dragoness which where his two fathers, brother and sister, lowering his tone he whispered back to Motsuba so no-one however close could hear. "Soon, now they are here, a quick greet and we'll start." Leaning away Badr smiled broadly to his mate and then out towards the approaching party.

"Oh wow, really?" Blitzen had forgotten that leaders could get sick just like everyone else; he never thought about it. Now that he thought about it Pickle and Silren were starting to get on in years, weren't they? Their pups had all grown up and apparently one even brought a mate back. Perhaps it was time for leadership to be passed down. Looking around at everyone gathered for the event he sighed lightly. Leaving and then coming back to find this many things had happened...he wasn't sure he liked being out of the loop. "I'm glad I came back in time for this. Maybe I should stick around more, I'm missing a lot it looks like."
There was a jingling of bells as the offspring of the reindeer dragon bustled about in the clearing, shuffling his red wings and trying not to choke on the bone in his mouth. He stood out pretty well with his predominantly white coat and red striped legs and tail and lack of eyes that were daunting for most, but any that knew him knew how much like his father he was. Always cheerful, always looking to brighten someone's day by giving them a good time. Some probably found the bells irritating too, but there wasn't anything he could really do about those. Looking around, how he could see without eyes was a mystery, he spotted his father and his father's mate. It had been awhile seen he'd seen Blitzen and he bounded over to the pair. "Hi Lupo! Hi Pops!"
Kaimana was taking his time as always, staying a couple paces behind his mate as they made their way to go and see his older adopted brother. Something was going on, he'd heard he had recently fallen sick or something. And now there was something else going on as a result, but at the time his mind had been elsewhere when he was told all this.
Kiele was bounding along, looking at everything and not paying much attention to time or punctuality. It seemed most of her family was very rarely in a hurry and if they were, they didn't hurry and ended up being late to events. They were on their way to a pack led by one of Kai's adopted family. "How much longer until we get there?" She asked, coming up beside her mother just before entering the clearing. "Oh!"

(Slightly skipping it ahead to Pickle, Silren and whoever is with them arriving at Badr and Motsuba, because Tekki isn't able to get on and reply recently.)
Watching Blitzen take in everything going on around them Lupo let out a silent sigh as a gentle smile came to her face, she enjoyed watching him, listening to him, being with him, there was no doubt about that. "I wouldn't say no to you sticking around..." Lupo found her face flushing as she stated her comment boldly, anything to have him around more. Then came the bellowing of her name, then pop, the voice was male which only meant one inhabitant of the Isle. Smiling she turned her body to greet him "Hello Ballon! Your just in time." Blitzens only son that Lupo was aware of, the two hadn't yet managed to have pups of their own but she considered his two mystery's her own.
Upon seeing his fathers and siblings advancing Badr bowed his head in respect, there was no fear in there family apart from the approaching worry's of old age.
As Pickle took the last step and stopped before the not quite so little Badr anymore he too bowed his head then started to giggle. The elations of having so many people he loved to spend time with, with a relatively new face he was coming to consider on of their own. It wasn't long before his head was up and looking around eagerly, catching Motsuba in his glance his smile expanded and he resisted the urge to bound over and nuzzle the newest member of their group. In fact Pickle resisted the urge to bound over to Badr and everyone else he could see when he peeked out from behind the big pride rock, knowing he was needed most here and compelled to support Silren, the closest and most special member of the Isle.
"It's good to see you up and about father." Badr managed a smile, pushing away his worry for seeing Silren up and about after such a bad spurt of ill health. "Fathers... This is Motsuba, I plan to spend the rest of my days loving and leading your pride with him... with your consent, we'll start when your ready." With that he nodded to the two of his fathers and flashed a smile to his two siblings, swiftly moving his eyes to his mate soon after to check how he was handling all this.

At first Motsuba felt a little shy and wary, but after such an infectious smile given to him by the dragon named Pickle, he too found himself wanting to just bound all over the place and give everyone hugs. Grinning, he kneaded his paws in place in a very air headed manner before Badr spoke and he manged to contain himself in a more presentable manner for such an occasion. His cheeks flushed a rosy red color as Badr mentioned spending the rest of his life with him and he smiled, his head echoing the exact same thoughts. He still wasn't sure how exactly he could help since he wasn't the brightest egg on the isle, but he would certainly try. He was also unaware of what to say in such a situation, and simply nodded his head in the same manner, hoping he wasn't doing anything wrong.... or stupid..... or clumsy or .... well anything else Motsuba'y.
