Isama wishes to achieve the rank of Vice Captain eventually, and know he will have to pretty much slave to get there. he doesn't want to be a Captain because of the responsibility of running a squad. He is loyal to those he deems worthy of loyalty (If you beet him in combat, normally) and very respectful to those of a higher status than him. He regards the Captain's with awe at their strength and bravery, and he holds the Kenpatchi with great honor and a god-like figure.

10th Divison's Vice is open, I said this because, 1. We need the Seat filled, and 2. I think the 11th Division's Vice has been filled... Please consider it, Thanks.
