Dr. West walks in and closes the heavy door behind her, bolting it. She sits down across from her patient and takes a glance at her clipboard. Name: Unknown.
"Hello, I'm Dr. West," she said, smiling and extending her hand. "What may I call you?"

Great, this one's gonna be hard to break, nothing's serious, Victoria thought, lowering her unshaken hand. She'd have to get him to show some sort of fondness towards her if she was going to get anywhere near recovering him.
