i saw a ghost once. it was standing in my kitchen and it scared the hell out of me.

Its been proven that when a person rapidly moves his head and doesnt try to look for something, their minds put pictures there by forming the shadows, colors, furniture etc. but it's possible they do exist

I have seen, heard and felt a ghost before. I live in an apartment building and the old man down the hallway died a few months ago. Ever since I always hear someone tapping on my window at night. Sometimes when the shade is rolled up and I'm on my computer, I see him staring at me through the corner of my eye. Everytime when I turn my head, he always disappears. At night when I'm laying in my bed, I hear the plastic on my bed as if someone is climbing onto the bed. Sometimes I think he sits at the edge of my bed for a moment but then when I close my eyes, I can feel someone breathing on my face. It feels like cold air but when I open my eyes again, the breathing stops.

YES!!! The people in the living room just stopped talking, but now I hear things moving in the attic....I'm completely serious.... crying crying crying crying crying I SUCKS staying home alone!!!!
