Hair/Eye Color : Naturally, Phil is blonde like his mother and younger brother. During his fourth year in Hogwarts, Phil became quite tired of the 'wretched color' and dyed it a dark brown. It is now close to the color of his father's hair.
Aside from color - the best way to describe Phil's hair would be messy. It gently frames his face, close to shoulder length.A side fringe just cuts off above his eyes.
Now whoever said that they were the gateway to the soul better be wrong. Phil's eyes are a muddy brown. And who here wants a muddy brown soul?
I thought so.
Phil's eyes are deep set with long eyelashes, which sadly make him look even more like a girl.
Pet : Phil isn't really much of a pet person.
Home Life :
Once upon a time, there was a French wizard called Julien Jacques. One day, he met an English girl called Rebecca Crawford and after a while the two fell in love. Sadly, Julien never found time to mention how he was magically gifted and seeing as he was never the best wizard, this never seemed to be a problem. Don't worry though- She found out eventually. As you can guess, they got married, yadayadayada. Now let's move to the important part.
Phil was born in Pessac, near Bordeaux. Two years later, his brother Sebastien was born and four years after that, his family moved to Harrogate, England, just so Rebecca could be closer to her family. Everything was pretty fine, except that this meant Phil had to learn English as a second language, a task he didn't seem particularly happy about. Then again, not many six year olds seem happy, do they? The English problem was eventually solved by his dad promising Phil that the two could still speak french. ((Phil now speaks French and English adequately yet of course, slips up on both occasionally.))
Everything was great.
Well, it was up until the divorce. This happened when Phil was nine. Phil isn't sure what caused the divorce, and neither parent is really going to want to talk about it, are they? Either way, Phil believes that the reason was more due to the fact that Phil was starting to show signs of magic and that may just have creeped Rebecca out a tiny bit. Okay, a lot.
Anyway. Rebecca took Sebastien while Phil gladly stayed with Julien. Sadly Phil would have to go stay with them during the summer vacation, which was pretty much his hell on earth. And as the story obviously concludes, the familiar Hogwarts letter arrived, Phil ended up in Ravenclaw (Sebastien following in Hufflepuff) and is still waiting to find out whether or not a happily ever after is waiting for him just around the corner.

Wow. Phil feels exceptionally honoured that his whole life can be summed up in two whole words.
There is a great deal of question to whether Phil is an optimist of pessimist. He has a high tendency to look on the negative side of things as he believes that correct answers like it there more. He has no problem with expecting the worst to happen, as it's usually completely unavoidable anyway. However, Phil is rarely seen to have a bad day and is usually in some hyperactive state or another. Therefore, he likes to address himself as 'Positivity with just a light dusting of cynicism and woe'. It's accurate, to say the least.
One of Phil's biggest strengths has to be his loyalty. No matter what, friends and family are always top priority to him and he trusts them completely. Although he's honest, Phil is very good at keeping other's secrets and getting people off subject. If he trusts them so much, it's only fair that they trust him just as much too.Phil is also protective and has issues with people insulting the people he is close to.Oddly enough, Phil is rarely insulted himself. Comments just don't sink in.
Phil is a perfectionist, which can annoy a great deal of people as well as himself. Usually this can be good too, as it means that everything is going to be right and Phil is ambitious , blahblahblah...
Yet if you think about it, perfection is an exceptionally hard thing to come by. Which just makes it a time-waster trying to suceed.
Phil can also be exceptionally indicisive.
Phil can be exceptionally indecisive, panicky, vain and, on occasion, gullible.Some of his negative qualities have lead a lot of people (Even Phil himself) to question how in the name of Merlin's saggy left buttock did that guy end up in Ravenclaw? To be honest , no one has a clue. Phil thinks it's because he doesn't fit in anywhere else.He's not brave enough for Gryffindor, evil for Slytherin and crazy enough for Hufflepuff.Believe me - there are a lot of insane Hufflepuffs.
But still - there's his poor memory to consider, as well as how he's slow to catch on to things, not to mention accident prone...
Although one can look at that and say there are a lot of bad things about Phil, they lead to good things.Phil is a terrible liar, yet that just means he's exceptionally honest and trustworthy. No matter how much he's in disbelief about it, Phil is still in Ravenclaw. Therefore he is logical, intelligent, and generally calm.Plus he's good at answering riddles. He's an exceptionally easy person to get along with too. Casual, friendly, kind, good at listening, a joker... the list goes on.

Amortentia:
Phil smells three things through Amortentia. The first smell is Strawberries, which is his favorite fruit and flavor of things. The second thing that Phil smells through the potion is pine wood as it reminds him of home. There are a lot of pine trees near his family's old house in France. The last thing he smells is Cinnamon. Why? He's not entirely sure. Phil just likes it with toast.
Boggart:
Phil's boggart depicts his friends and family rejecting him and telling him that he'll never amount to anything, how much they hate him and why...
Well you get the point. This is most likely due to how much Phil depends on the people close to him and how he believes that life can be as wonderful as possible, yet doesn't mean anything unless there's someone to share it with. Phil also is insecure, so being told his faults doesn't really do anything good.
Patronus:
Phil has what he believes to be the most humiliating patronus for any male to have.It's a cute little bunny rabbit. A.K.A Social death. I mean, come on. Guys don't want or do cute. They want something manly and 'Hey look at me!' like a jaguar or something--
moving on.
Phil's patronus of a rabbit is most probably due to his energetic nature and , on occasion , his cowardice. Phil doesn't do well under pressure.
Taking a closer look :
This could really not be possible. For what was the first in a very long time, Philip Gerard Andrew Jacques was late. The ground may as well just swallow him up and send him to hell now. Because in Phil's mind, there was honestly nothing worse than this. Well there was one thing, which was turning up late to lessons, which Phil would shortly be if he didn't hurrry up.
If his calculations and watch were correct (And he did hope that they were), Phil had roughly seven and a half minutes to get changed , grab something in the form of toast or portable breakfast and then run the whole way to Transfiguration while eating at the same time.
That would be easy.
... Since when was the Phil in his mind (Come on.Everyone talks to themselves in their head... don't they?) sarcastic to himself? That was just plain creepy.
AH. SEVEN MINUTES AND ELEVEN SECONDS.
After what was probably the speediest putting on of school uniform (Well, minus the robe bit. That would just slow him down.) Phil had ever done in his life (and some added sprinting down corridors while trying not to run over anyone), Phil had arrived at the entrance hall. Looking down triumphantly at his watch, Phil checked the time.
He had exactly two minutes and four seconds to get to Transfiguration.
Two minutes and three seconds.
Two minutes and two seconds.
Two minutes and one second-
Stop that.
The transfiguration classroom just had to be on the other side of the school, didn't it? There was clearly no way he'd make it there now.
One thing that Phil had noticed while dodging random students was that no one else was wearing their uniform. Was the whole school conspiring against him now, or, as per usual, had Phil not been listening to something important?
The second option was most likely, yet that added paranoia had to be thrown in for a bit of fun.
It was still wierd, seeing as the school didn't do 'none-uniform' days, no matter whatever cause anyone could think of. Phil's mind quickly scanned over the last week, hoping to find an answer for the uniform issue. He'd clearly given up hope of arriving at Transfiguration on time.
Surely someone would've mentioned it to him. He was talking to Damocles Belby yesterday, and Damocles certainly wouldn't have let Phil forget something like that and make a fool of himself. Again.
...
It was then that Phil realised that today was Saturday.
