This is basically a section of town with a few shops but with about 20 apartment buildings. Ninjas of the village stay free here.
Not even the clans in this village have bigger houses the this, but they can build them later on.
The apartment buildings are in the typical Sunagakure round shape and look more like towers, in between them there are all kinds of of small playgrounds and target practice set ups. Though the ninja in the sand village get to stay here for free this doesn't apply to the none ninja people living in Sunagakure.
