You should let'em eat it so they don't have to go out and hunt for food and possibly not find any. If they know where food trees are at, they would always a reliable, and dependable, food source.

wow.
i can only imagine how awesome it must be to see a deer in your garden eating your food.
i just get possums & the very occassional kangaroo.
we buy the really cheap overly ripe watermelons from the groceries & feed them to the possums.
it is so funny watching them burry their faces into a giant melon, then look up with all their fur dripping & sticking up in all funny directions.

I already have a friend who reminds me of a squirrel.

I had bunnies for pets...they all died. sad
I actually have a friend that saved a baby squirell on the streets. biggrin The squirell is much better now, and growing up so fast! ^^

I went hiking today and smoked a pipe. It was great.
Perhapps I will start an indoor garden.

still, a few pot plants can go a long way when brightening a corner up.
