Appearance:
Wears a tube top that only covers her breasts, and short shorts most of the time. Both are white black and gold.
She wears fingerless gloves all the time. Also, instead of shoes/boots/tabi and sandals, she wears foot thongs.
Her eyes are a deep, emerald shade of green, and her skin is lightly tanned. She has dirty blond hair that reaches to about her hips. It's usually worn down, but she sometimes ties it back with a leather strap in the back of her neck.
She is very full figured, even for her above average height (6'2ish).
Accessories:
Always has a pouch that rests on her left hip. The contents of the pouch are usually unknown, although she sometimes places extra foot thongs, spare clothes, rubber bands, etc in it.
Personality:
Alcina in herself is a very quiet person. That doesnt mean she wont let herself be heard though. Because of her upbringing, and around the time she was born, she was raised to respect and fear the male race, making her seem almost skittish around most males. If a male pisses her off though, she wont hesitate to attack.
She is very lazy, even by most standards. Most of the time she wont do anything till the last minute, because she was off sleeping somewhere.
Alcina is also a big flirt. When she finds a man she likes, she wont hesitate to show that affection.
She's also really kind. It's one of her worst faults. She sees no (or refuses to see more accurately) evil in anyone. Anyone she deems trust worthy or on the right track, she will be loyal to till they do something wrong.
Alcina has the temper of a natural disaster. As soon as she's pissed, everyone should just duck and cover and let her blow off her steam. She usually doesnt go off to fight, instead choosing to damage property. Fighting can calm her down sometimes though.
In class, Alcina takes on a military persona. If you are doing something wrong, she will correct you, either by force, or by words, is usually unknown until the second before she acts. She considers all her little students her "Cadets", no matter if they are good students, or bad.
Bio/History:
Alcina grew up a regular girl in the Scandinavian area. She was the daughter of a powerful head man, so she was forced to marry a man she had only met twice. As luck would have it, the two fell in love. They hand fasted for a period of five years. During those years, the two gave birth to a beautiful baby boy.
Soon after their child was born, the village was attacked and pillaged. The men of the rival village killed Alcina's husband and child heartlessly. After he had his way with her, he killed her with her husband's prized dirk.

After death, Alcina woke up in a strange place. It was full of rather poor people, all of them scowling at each other or laying on the ground, asleep or dead, she didnt know.
Immediately, Alcine sought out a way to stop this madness. Acting like a Robin Hood, Alcina began to steal from the richer people, even stealing from nobles sometimes. She was known as the, "Swift Bringer" because of her unmatched speed, not even using shunpo.
One night, she was on a regular mission. She ended up getting caught by the Headmistress of the Shinigami Academy, who later told her of her plans. Seeing this as a way to change the way the slums worked, Alcina accepted the offer. She now teaches hand-to-hand combat.
Zanpakuto
Zanpakuto name:
Gatos Grandes (literally, big cats)
Zanpakuto spirit:
The spirit of Gatos Grandes is, as you might assume, a large cat. The cat looks like a giant mix breed of the four Big Cats in the animal kingdom, the lion, tiger, jaguar, and leopard. (more info on appearance in her bankai info)
Personality wise, Gatos is an opposite of Alcina. He is angered very easily, and very overprotective of her. The only thing they really have in common is that they are both extremely lazy, and not morning people at all.
Spiritual world:
The spiritual world looks like a vast Savannah, although huge, green trees grow in between spirts of tall dead looking grass. It mixes the elements of all the big cats homes.
Zanpakuto element:
No element other than brute force and speed
Sealed zanpakuto appearance:
Her zanpakutou contrary to its name, is a dirk.
It is gold and black in color, with a jagged edge.
She carries it in the waist of her shorts, so that the hilt sticks out.
The blade extends from about her elbow to her wrist, very short. It's used for more hand to hand stuff/every day things like cutting open a bird.

In herself, Alcina doesnt change clothes, but her dirk transforms and becomes claws, just like in bankai. She also gains fangs. The claws look the same as they do in bankai.
Her shikai gets the name because she is able to manifest parts of the "big cats" and use them as body parts. The claws are the only things that stay permanent on her body, along with fangs.
To change a body part, she usually says, "Cambie Gato" which makes the transformations longer and stronger.

In shikai, she cannot manifest more than two things of the big cats.
1. El rugido de mil Diosas: Roar of a Thousand Goddesses
Its essentially a roar that shatters anything near it, other than bodies (unless you are a really weak thing). This attack uses reiatsu to enforce its sound. The more reiatsu she focuses into the attack, the stronger, and louder, it will be. It can be heard up to a mile away. If she wants to though, she can focus it in an area at the shortest distance of five feet. This can cause the opponent to become confused because of the rapid wave movements.
Bankai:
After pulling her dirk out and saying the phrase, it disappears completely.
A bright flash of light and reiatsu surround Alcina, and when it bursts, first a roar of a thousand cats will be heard in the distance. This isnt an attack, (although it can do damage) just a side effect of the bankai. Another side effect is the poison that drips off her fangs and claws now.
She now has a blond lions mane, a bone tail of a leopard, the strength and hind legs of a tiger, and elongated fingers and teeth of a jaguar. She is also completely naked, except for molted orange semi-spotted fur that now covers her. The mane covers her breasts and when just standing somewhere, her tail usually covers her frontal parts. Along with those things, she has cute lion like ears that appear on the top of her head. She still has her regular ears, but they are hidden by her new mane.
Note: The fingers look like sharpened claws, and as you can see in the picture, they look like pointy fingers. The claws can be bent in at the knuckle making it easier to punch.
Note on the Poison:
Alcina's claws and fangs are covered with a poison like substance. Being scratched, bitten, clawed etc will at first act like a normal attack. A few minutes after being attacked, the opponents vision will begin to go out. Another few minutes, and their hearing will go out. The last thing that goes out would be the opponents sense of where it is. (i.e, are you up or down, going left or right, etc) This attack is ideal for capturing and holding someone hostage, because it makes them unable to attack and or defend themselves.
Post Cycle:
1-4: Sight will go out.
5-9: Hearing will go out.
9-12: Proprioception will go out.
No attacks are named in bankai. She usually uses her new found cat speed and unmatched animal strength to rip apart her opponent. She can, however, use the attack she uses in shikai though.
Speed can be compared to that of a lion/tiger when on a hunt, without using shunpo. This can be looked at as a shunpo used by a lieutenant. (which also means that if she were to use a shunpo, it would be captain level or higher)
Strength can be compared to that of a large cat. Most likely the strength of a tiger. Here's the basics of tiger strength, but for the sake of not seeming like godmoding, I'll tone it down: The tiger is so strong that it can drag 2000 pound gaur and can chop of a human's head in one swipe. A tiger can kill a wolf in one swipe. It is known to cross rivers, while having 500 pound sambar deer in mouth.
Note: Alcina can utilize the full strength of a tiger, but she chooses not to most of the time unless she is fighting a very strong opponent. (very strong opponent as in espada, squad 11 captain..etc )
Kidou:
1-40 though she rarely ever uses them.
Abilities:
Ok. Not sure if I should really put this here, but it is important to her character.
Alcina used to be a dancer back in her home village. When she dances, its like watching porn and being high at the same time. (she dances very erotically, moving the hips and whatnot, but at the same time, it mesmerizes people into being oddly calm and in a state of euphoria)
She is also an expert at hand-to hand combat. She uses that more than she will anything else.
Along with those two things, she is an amazing acrobat. She is able to mix dance and acrobatics, (acro dance by most) to come up with beautiful mixes.

Expectations:
Alcina expects every one of her students to be able to land more than five successful hits on her body by the end of the year, without using their weapon. She also expects each and every one of her students to be respectful to anyone and everyone, no matter their race, rank, or age.
"A Cadet will not lie, cheat, or steal, nor tolerate those who do." is one of her motto's in class.
