How many episodes did it take to get used to Vash's voice?

I first saw Trigun on Adult Swim in high school.

When I got the DVDs, I at first thought Vash sounded odd in Japanese. But after 4 episodes, it not only sounded normal, it sounded perfect.

what u like the japanese dub better than the american one ah jeez
u cant appreciate a good voice actor like johnny so there

When I hear an odd or wrong-sounding voice, I just keep watching the show in the original language until the voice not only sounds normal, but even perfect.
