hey guys just want to know how everyone show is. i got my 1st movement done with work and we just started the 2nd movement today, that was brutal it was a 110 down at the school and it was 103 up at the feild it sucked. there were ppl that passed out too. stressed sweatdrop crying

It's my 4th year, last year, and the show is going great!!!!
We just got the first five sets to our second song. It's the fastest we've ever marched in a few years. I believe the tempo is 168. And we have alot of coreography or however you spell it so everyone is freakn excited!

its my third year and after half the season of everyone worrying were doing good
all the students think we were behind cuz after our two week band camp we hadn't even gotten into the third song drill or somehting like that. for us this was a major what the ******** thing cuz we always have the show done by the end of band camp
and then there was the whole music thing. im in percussion and we got our music way late cuz the guy writing it decided he didnt like it so he completely rewrote it so we as a section got WAY behind
but after busting our asses nonstop and not going to the first comp we got kinda ahead and we are doing fine, just fine biggrin

:3 Our show is going awesomely! Our band director is all about making it intense. We've added a ton of visuals, but we haven't made it to our major competitions this year. (Lots of reasons why, and most of them are very, very wrong and biased. DX And I don't feel like ranting. :3 )
Right now we're working on the Alamo Bowl. We're competing to play in the pre-game show, but we're playing with a ton of other bands with a different song. (The music is so easy that the battery switched parts. I march bass drum, and now I'm marching snare drum for the Alamo Bowl.)

This is my second year. I'm on marimba this year, xylo last year. We have all of our opener down, but it still needs some work. The batterie is behind a bit, but we had some shuffling of players. Our tempo is 187 (front line and batterie instructors had a battle. Front wanted 190, batterie wanted 180). We should be getting our second movement soon!
