I'm on Birth Controls, and while I didn't want to admit it for the longest time, they have indeed infected my libido-system. That is to say, my sex-drive is at a minimal of what it used to be. Not that there's anything wrong with that, obviously. It would just be nice to have my sex-drive back to normal, or even increased (so to speak).
I was wondering if there was anything I could consume that would increase my sexual libido? It comes and goes as any normal person, but I'm curious. I don't suffer from any 'disorder', so I'd prefer if it were something more natural, like a food or something that would increase your libido.
Also, why do I overheat after having a hot cup of coffee? I know that's off topic but it's a question I'd like answered none the less. Thanks!
Edited: Also, I heard working out in general is good for increasing your libido. If not everything else that's good for you.

I would guess the heat from the coffee makes your body heat up inside, and that's why you feel so warm. I get the same way after having a bowl of miso soup, and often have to remove my hoodie or cool myself off somehow, or I'll get really nauseous if I overheat.
If you've lost your sex drive due to the birth control you're on, you can try switching to another brand of the same method too, or try another method altogether. One of the side effects of hormonal birth control methods, some women find their sex drive decreases.
As for eating or drinking something to increase your libido, I'm not of much use there. I think I've heard oysters are supposed to be an aphrodisiac, but I've never had them myself.

I'm on Kariva, a 28-day pill, and I want sex all the time, haha.
Although I have noticed that my want for sex doesn't always feel like a horny feeling, if that makes sense.
Like, I will be horny and it will prompt me to touch myself. But that isn't always the way I feel when I want sex. I think mayubew I just more want to be intimate, not so much get stimulated? Anyone get what I mean?

Anyone get what I mean? I think so. There are times when I feel aroused or horny a little, and I'll start to get close to my boyfriend, but then realize I just want cuddles/intimacy and so then sometimes sex won't happen after that and he'll hold me instead or whatever.

About the oysters being an aphrodisiac - I can'trecall exactly but i believe they only say that because theres a lot of iron in them. And im not sure about women but i know in men iron can help increase sperm count...or wait....nvrmd i think that might be zinc : p sorry, im tired...
