Appearance:
Shiiba has a short shaggy jet black hair that tied back in a ponytail.
He is slender, but has some undefined muscle tones in his arms, and legs.
He stands around 5 foot 10 with fairly tan skin. He has golden eyes that are usually covered by his hair that he often brushes out of his face. When he is in the presence of someone important he ties his hair fully back. He wears the traditonal shinigami academy uniform with the Shihouin crest on the back. He wears red arm sleeves trimmed with black underneath his robes.
Accessories: He has a small crest that he keeps tucked in his sash.
Personality: Shiiba is spoiled, and tends to acts superior around other students, and some teachers. He stays quiet most of the time. He wishes to just make his time through the academy as painless as possible. He secretly enjoys other people's stupidity, or joking. He tries to control himself though. He is often stubborn about his fighting style, and hates to be criticized about his studies.
Bio/History:
Shiiba was born in the Soul Society. He was lucky enough to be born as the cousin to the head of the Shihouin clan. His mother was a low ranking shinigami in the Gotei 13. He was raised in the mansion where he was secluded from other children, and was watched closely. He wish to see his mother one day. He was escorted to the Soul Society by a convoy. The convoy was traveling along rukongai, and was attacked by a Hollow. A group of Shinigami rescued most of the convoy, but his Cousin was killed during the attack.
The leadership of the Shihouin clan went back to his father who wasn't that far from his end. He sent Shiiba to the academy to learn to be a soul reaper, and the role of the less noble to one day become a great leader.

I'd like you to expand mostly personality and appearance section.
And I have yet to consult with other mods whether we're allowing connections to actual Bleach characters.
Talk to Yomiko Shihouin (Heavenly Floetic Sins) before you both start, stating to be from the same family.
