O.K. so, I have this biology teacher at my school who is a devil lady. she is mean to kids, parents, and even other teachers. I want u guys to tell me whether or not she should be fired. here's some stuff she did: 1. yelled at a kid for asking about a mistake she made on his test 2. called another teacher a stupid bi*** in front of 28 kids 3. failed a student because she missed a test on a date in which she had a medical emergency 4. has a sign on her door that says "no entry untill 7:15am but sometimes keeps the door locked until 7:30 and marks everyone tardy. 5. marks all kids on a late bus tardy 6. (here's the kicker!) denies all of this!
I think she should be fired!!! scream scream

If you can prove all the reasons you remark... or even just 3 of them, I can not understand why she (the teacher) remains in your school.
I dont know how it works in your country, but here, there is something named A.P.A., (APA means associacion de padres de alumnos = association of pupils's parents). When a teacher does not perform his/her task in due way or there are too many claims from pupils - is clear claims can not be done by just one pupil- the APA study the case and teacher is fired if guilty. This in primary school and secondary school. When you arrive to University APA really has not any power, it is supposed we are grown up enough already and we choose our classes, of course you can imagine the teacher which is not really good... has no pupils... cos we choose other materys or other teachers.
Sometimes (in university) the teacher sometimes has bad moods or even bad ways...but IF he is really a super good teahcing his matery... we choose him/her too cos knows more than others. But again is a matter of choosing.
