Vinesweeper is a safe mini-game. You can not die unless you enter the area and you are poisoned.
The objective of Vinesweeper is for you, the player, to search the ground for seeds.
This can be tricky because you won't always get a good look.
Before you begin your search you will need a few things;
*About 5,000 gold
*A spade
*Flags - Received from Farmer Blinkin or Mrs. Wikin. Your first 10 flags are free, and to get them,
simply talk to the aforementioned. If you lose any you will have to buy
them back with gold or reward points.
*About 10 Olgeroots. These can be bought for 10 gold
each. These are important! There are some nasty bunnies running
around the field that will eat the seeds if a farmer does not get to them
fast enough. In order to prevent this from happening, simply feed an
Olgeroot to a bunny if you see one coming towards you.
When you enter the field, you begin the game.
To start hunting for seeds, simply right click on a hole.
You will be given four options.

*Dig Hole - This option will uncover whatever is in the
hole. It will either be a number from 1 to 8, a seed, or an empty
space. If a seed is dug up you will lose points.
*Flag Hole - When you select this option, you will place
one of your flags into that hole. A farmer, and/or a bunny will come to
investigate. When the farmer digs up the hole you will receive points if
there was a seed in it. You will have to speak to Farmer Blinkin or
Mrs. Wikin to get your flag back. If the farmer digs the hole up and
there is not a seed you will lose your flag and get no points.
*Inspect Hole - When selected, this option will make
your character search the hole to see if there is or is not a seed.
After inspection a message will appear saying either; There is a seed.
There is not a seed. You are unsure if there is a seed. If there is not
a seed, go ahead and dig that hole. If you are unsure, inspect the hole
again until you can a Yes or No answer about it.
Once you have dug your first hole you can continue the game more easily.
In this first screen shot, there are six number 1's. One of them is boxed in red.
This boxed number 1 is special. It means there is 1 seed touching it. Since there is
only one hole touching it, shown with the pink line, that is the hole with the seed.
The seed is in the blue box. Do NOT dig this hole up.

Now that you know where the seed it, you can begin to safely dig.
Lets begin with with the two number 1's that I'm standing by, that are
next to our special number 1. The 1 on the far left can be dug around
because we know that it is already touching the seed, as shown with the
pink line. You can safely dig up the other four holes, boxed in green,
surrounding the far left number 1. If any of those four holes were to contain
seeds, the number 1 would not be a 1. It would be a 2, 3, 4, or 5 because it
would be touching 2, 3, 4, or 5 seeds.

Once you find a seed you can either flag it for a farmer to dig up
or you can continue looking for more seeds.
For those of you who would like a more complicated game, you can find a one seed,
then continue to find more.
In this third screenshot, we have our special 1, two 2's, and a three. Now you should be
able to find the seed; it is the only hole touching the special 1. Now, the number 2 in the
orange box is important. This 2 means that there is another seed near by. You have already
found the one. It is the same seed that is touching the special 1. The holes in the yellow boxes
and yellow/green boxes are all potential seeds and need to be inspected.
IMPORTANT!
The 2 and the 3 share two holes, as marked by the yellow/green boxes. It is important that you
carefully inspect them. Only one of the yellow/green boxes may contain a seed. If both did, the
2 would also be a 3. Once you find which box that is, you may dig up the other yellow/green box,
along with the yellow boxes. Once you find the seed touching the 2, move
on to the 3 and repeat the process of inspecting the holes, and eliminating
ones that do not have seeds in them.

During the game you will recieve points for digging up numbers. If you dig up a seed, you will lose points.
When a farmer digs up a seed you have flagged you will recieve points. You can see how many points you
have here;

This small box can be found in the top right hand corner of your screen,
as you can plainly see in the above screen shot.
When you have accumulated points you can spend them on either
experience, or trade Mrs. Wikin for more rewards.

The seeds and their costs are as follows;
