Before entering, one cannot overlook the enormous sign stuck onto the office door. __________________________________
Scientia potentia est: Knowledge is power Headmistress Ren Shitsu __________________________________
A bit below the stern, official sign, a smaller, however still very visible note is taped to the door, with a childish smiley face literally demanding one's attention.
"If you don't have a smile, I'll give you one of mine."
When stepping into the enormous room, the first thing one notices is a light birch desk with a bouquet of dark red roses standing on the left side on top of it. A big, comfortable armchair, dressed in dark red velvet is standing behind it. The wall to the right is actually nothing more, but an enormous window facing the main campus grounds. Very often one would see the headmistress standing at it, silently watching her protégée’s below, while weighing different options of a problem she has to solve. On the light parquet floor a dark red carpet leads the way from the entrance toward the desk. In front of the desk two more velvet chairs stand facing it, on which her guests are invited to sit while discussing different manners with Ren. All in all the room doesn't have much things in it, but the light wood/dark red combination make it seem very comfortable and quite abundant.

As Ren entered her office, the first thing she did was take the dark crimson rose from behind her ear, stepped to a window on the northern side of the room, opened it and hung the rose to dry in the warm sun. She went back to her desk, on which, as always, a bouquet of roses was standing. Picking a fresh flower out of the bunch, she stuck it behind her ear.
Upon realizing the loads of paperwork she had to do before the actual lessons started, she felt a sudden wave of the don't-want-to-do-this-right-now syndrome overflowing her and sighed in discomfort. She stepped to the enormous windows on the eastern wall of the office and looked at the happenings in the main square below her, anxiously awaiting someone to bump in and free her from the paperwork with a more pressing manner.

As time passed, Ren eventually started settling all the paperwork. After being finished, she sat on her velvet-dressed armchair for a few minutes, thinking about what she should do next.
I'm done with the boring stuff, no one came here to complain about anything, so I guess I'm free for now.
Smiling childishly, she literally threw herself up from the chair and left her office.

Ren entered her office. Grabbing the slowly withering rose behind her ear, she hung it between the other half-dry roses gathered in a bunch next to the northern window. Upon slowly inhaling what she hoped would be a fresh breeze from outside, she almost chocked, realizing her clothes and hair smelled like a mixture of smoke, grease and sweat. Quickly locking the office door, she stepped into a room only accessible by her. In the western side of the office, behind what was supposed to be a decorative drapery over an empty wall, another door was standing, hidden from anyone, but Ren. By releasing her kidou, the door to Ren's private chambers became visible to the eye again. Ren entered her personal living room and started undressing. She ran under the shower, washed body and hair thoroughly, so she was positive no one could smell she was out all night. After she had dried her hair, she picked a cute new dress from her dresser and put some make up on. Feeling clean and refreshed, she returned back to her office, concealing the door with Mirror Door and a drapes again and sat on the red velvet chair next to desk. Grabbing some papers from one of the desk drawers, she leaned back and sighed. "Now to review today's study material."

Trying to focus her attention on the study material, Ren didn't even notice she had fallen asleep. Waking up a few hours later, she almost fell from her chair, shocked by the time. "Oh God, now I did it." Grabbing whatever she felt necessary, she shunpoed out of her office.
