Hi, I have a Level 27 Vespiquen and her attacks are:
Heal Order
Gust
Bug Bite
Power Gem
and she wants to learn Toxic.
should I forget a attack to learn Toxic?
If so which attack?

Well if it were me,I would take out gust,besides you can change the moveset later with a heart scale.

Bug Bite should last you until you get Attack Order. Heal Order and Power Gem are pretty standard on Vespiquen for survivability and as a means to cover the Fire-type weakness. Back on topic though, definitely forget Gust for Toxic.
