The purpose of this list is to keep track of all 'quested' cosplays. Before adding anything to your list, you need to check this list as well as the Taken Cosplays, In Progress Cosplays and Shop Reserved lists.
Any cosplays that are listed in the following post are considered reserved for that person, and only they are allowed to order them. Keep note, these rules only apply to official cosplays/liscensed characters. Original characters/concepts (OC's) are not considered cosplays.

Rules for Reserve Lists
1. Reserve lists must be in the Pony Quests forum.
2. Each person may have up to 15 reserves at once. These should be listed near the top of your quest thread.
→ → These lists must be numbered.
→ → Any cosplays after the first 15 are not considered reserved, and staff will not address complaints about them.
3. Each person may only reserve up to 3 cosplays from the same movie/game/book series at once.
4. Lists must be updated once a month.
5. Any time you make one of the following changes, you must document it with a new post detailing the changes in your thread.

→ → Adding or removing cosplays
6. If you are unable to be on Gaia due to personal reasons, you may request a Leave of Absence.
→ → Your thread will be locked by the staff for the duration of your absence.
→ → Upon your return to Gaia, you will have 2 weeks to update your list.
7. Owners who have given up rights to their herd are not eligible for quest lists.
Consequences
Lists that are outdated for 45 days or more will be locked by the staff. To have your list unlocked, you must PM Celeste Aragorne.
→ → If it remains outdated for more than 60 days, the list will be removed from the master list.
In the case that you order a cosplay that was on someone else's list, and it isn't caught until it has been finished.
→ → You will not receive your order. (The person who has it reserved will have the option to pay the colorist for it.)
→ → You will be fully refunded.
→ → You will receive a warning.
Failing to check the masterlist before adding cosplays to your list will result in a warning.
Anyone caught manipulating their dates or their list will have their list reverted to match the masterlist, the thread will be locked for one month, and they will receive a warning.
Three warnings will result in being greylisted.
