Is your pony wanting to move to another home? Here, you can change what cert your pony is on! Please note that most changes will need to have RP backing. Basically, just an RP log or logs with the pony moving. This can even be done as a solo log (i.e. write out a story on your own).
Please note, however, that ponies really don't change homes all that often and there should probably be a pretty good reason for moving, such as going to live with a mate in another Valley, etc.
