Pretty much. I have about 8 eggs in my Diamond.

So basically. I hatch the egg and give you the pokemon. You then get a week to train him, and after that you battle your opponent with it.

I think it would be pretty fun if you ask me.

Anyway. Yes/no? comments?

As fun as that may sound, you need to take into account that some people can Train a pokemon to lv100 in a week, while others can't. There are many different variables in a trainers training style, and sometime a week doesn't quite cut it.
On the other hand if you just want to get rid of your eggs you could put them up for trade in the trading sub-forum,~

I'd think that it would be more fun to have a tournament where you only use pokemon that have just hatched, so it's a test of your breeding skills, rather than your training skills.
I've done it a few times, and it's really fun to battle with baby pokemon biggrin

Argentine - There is such a thing as setting them to the default lv 50 or lv 100. Have you already forgotten that? Raising things to lv 100 is utterly pointless. stare

Play - We already had a Little Cup tournament not too long ago. There will be another one sooner or later, but you just missed it.
