Job Description:
The ZAA head will organize the assessment of Zanpaktou into categories (Water, sound, kido, e.t.c.), and then organize a vote with the rest of the ZAA members to determine if that Zanpaktou is the strongest in the category it was submitted into. The ZAA as a group will analyze profiles that have been submitted and vote to determine which profile is strongest in which category. A reserve member will take over for another member who cannot vote for one of the reasons detailed below...
- Bias: A member cannot analyze/vote on a profile submitted into a category if a profile of their own has been submitted into that same category.
- Absent: If a member is absent for some reason or another for a period of time longer than or equal to two days, they are unable to analyze/vote, in which case a reserve member will replace them.
- Resignation: If a member resigns, or is otherwise discharged for inappropriate conduct, a reserve member will take their place permanently until they themselves are discharged or choose to resign.

Strongest Lightning-Based Zanpaktou - Like the outstretched arm of Zeus, smite your foes with the electrical fury of your Zanpaktou.
Strongest Poison-Based Zanpaktou - With a single cut, slay your opponent with the venomous bite of your Zanpaktou.
Strongest Light-Based Zanpaktou - Blind your foes, make them see the light before you extinguish theirs.
Strongest Darkness-Based Zanpaktou - Wrap your foe in shadows and darkness before giving them the mercy of death.
Strongest Nature-Based Zanpaktou - Nature's fury is embodied in your Zanpaktou: Hurricane's, earthquakes and volcanoes are all a mere part of your strength.
Strongest Energy-Based Zanpaktou - Bursts of pure, violent power are your Zanpaktou's domain.

Voting:
Voting will be a fairly simple procedure. The ZAA members will analyze the profiles within one category, and then vote on which Zanpaktou best resembles the category given. The Zanpaktou with the majority vote will be the one elected for it's category, and it will remain there until another Zanpaktou is submitted for that category, is voted upon, and ends up beating it's predecessor.
Ties:
In the event of a tie, those ZAA members whose votes did not contribute to the tie will resubmit their vote(s) in a way that breaks the tie. If resubmission does not occur within two days, the vote will be given to a reserve member. If the reserve member has already voted or cannot vote due to 'bias' (shown above), the vote will be given to the ZAA Head or a duly appointed representative.

One Zanpaktou can have more than one submission ((Ryuujin Jakka was the strongest fire type as well as the Zanpaktou boasting the greatest attack power)). If a ZAA member has any problems with a member's submission, they are to relay their problems to the ZAA head, who will then resolve the issue in the most peaceful way possible.
Categories and Changes:
If a member is having difficulty deciding which Category to submit their Zanpaktou for, they may contact the ZAA head for help. Similarly, if they believe there is not a category for their Zanpaktou, or would like to suggest an idea for other Categories, they may contact the ZAA head about having a Category added to the pre-existing list.
