I've made two of my raver friends pants, one of which I just finished today [they're black and blue and really pretty]. I'll also be making a close friend a complete princess lolita outfit for Halloween, which will be very interesting as I have never really made anything lolita before. So far I haven't made much money, but hopefully after I get the money for the Halloween stuff I'll have enough for the anime convention in November. D:

Lolita eh? That sounds so pretty...I always liked lolita outfits, they're always so lacey and kawaii. Have you ever saw Mana's fashion line Moi meme Moitie? He makes a lot of lolita... so beautiful.

I know people who would make money from costumes... my ex would always be into the furry thing, and he commissioned some people on the west coast to make him a fursuit... it was like $2000 in all. Completely handmade...

Anime convention? Which one you going to?

I have heard of it, but not seen it. The outfit isn't going to be gothic lolita, though, it's princess lolita. I've done my homework, yo. We bought the patterns yesterday, and I'll hopefully get started soon.
I'm going to AUSA in the DC area, and will be meeting my raver friends again there.

If I wanna go to an anime convention I've to go to Otakon in Baltimore. Pretty far drive... but then again much better that if they had one in Philadelphia ^_^

Unfortunately not. If I could've I would have gone to Anime Expo. Moi dix Mois was there, and the band that plays is one of the big things I look out for when I go. I like other things, but that is what I look out for.

I'll have to ask my one friends chemistry teacher how it was. He went to EVERY single Otakon ever held! I swear that guy loves anime and manga more than me. His collection of stuff from film cells to other things values to about... a few hundred thousand bucks!
