Here is where the Captain may reside during the hours of the day, any Shinigami of the 10th Division may enter, as long as the Captain permits. However, the main reasons anyone should enter is of the following:
1. To give nessesary reports of your Training, including if you achieved Shikai, and even Bankai; make sure to also report your progress in Missions.
2. To deliver messages of importance to the Captain, regarding Captain meetings, orders from the Captain Commander (Sotaichou), etc.
3. To request the Captain's time to Train, to discuss a topic, or any other personal requests.

Kuroiame entered the room, her kosode was still somewhat iced, but as she sat down in her chair, the ice melted at the touch of the chair's fabric. She leaned back and rested, resting her palm on her right eye. The troublesome eye had caused her pain from time to time. She sat up to see Sukoshikiba uncurling himself from his sleep and sleepily walking over. She stroked his grey coat and settled back to resume her resting.

Feeling well rested now, the steadily brushed off any remaining ice, and swiftly walked out the door, Sukoshikiba following close behind. She needed to get back to Sayuri and Captain Voldo, she would also need to submit a report to explain for the damage to the Grounds, and the needed repair, but Captain Voldo came first.
