Division Ten is first of the three Court Squads requested in an investigation concerning those in the the Human World, they are also informally the "interrogation" squad. Division Ten is well-renowned for having the most amount of paperwork to sort through.

Furthermore, Squad 10 focuses on people whose Zanpaktos have an element base, such as Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Darkness, and so on and so forth.
Squad 10 is a place for those who are intune with the elements. Squad 10 has an advantage in the way that they have one more card up their sleeve, the power of the element(s).

This is not a place for the faint of heart, for we train hard and are strong for it. We lend help to those who need it and we train our members to be the best. We hone our abilities and learn how to accept our powers for what they are. Only those who have a strong will can make it in Squad 10.
