Lenore sits, staring at the TV. She has in a pirated copy of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, but she really isn't watching it. She is keeping her ears alert as she sits there, hoping to hear familiar footsteps.
These past few nights of nightmares have made her realize that she has never really talked to Mel about Eirnae. And, now, she thinks it is about time. Maybe that is part of her guilt? Maybe that is one of the reasons she is having these nightmares?
She doesn't know, and she shakes her head and sighs. She watches as Harry tries to fight his way past his dragon, her tail swishing lazily.

Mel walked down the hall on the third floor. She was braiding her hair like always. She stops only for a moment when she hears some movement coming from the newlywed room. Shaking her head she walks down the stair to the main floor.
Stops at the last time she just stands there looking at Lenore. She couldn't help but catch her breath everytime she saw the woman. She was drawn to her and wanted her to know it. "Morning sexy..."

Lenore had heard her coming, and she had smiled despite herself.
At the greeting, she blushes a little, and turns to look at Melantha. "Good morning, gorgeous," she says in a low voice. She motions for Melantha to join her on the couch.
If Mel were to study Lenore, she would see the signs of lack of sleep on her face. But, there is a slight smile on her lips.
"I was watching Harry Potter. You know, your father is a lot sexier in the movie than he is in person," she jokes.

Mel walks over taking a seat next to her, her finger brushing against her leg lightly. She looks her over then arches a brow "Yea even I admit it he is..are you okay. You look like you haven't slepted.."

"I . . ." Lenore pauses. She lets out a long breath and turns away from Melantha. "I have been having nightmares. . . . About Eirnae. . . ." she says the last softly, staring blankly at the TV now.

Mel wraps her arms around Lenore's waist laying her head on her shoulder "Oh? You wanna talk about them?" she kisses her cheek being nothing but comforting and soothing.

Lenore takes a deep breath, and tells Melantha about her dreams.
When she is finished, she still can't look at Melantha. "I don't know if I ever told you about Eirnae or not. . . ." she says, softly. "And, I don't know why, all of the sudden, I am dreaming about her. This Eirnae is not the Eirnae I know. She is cruel, and Eirnae was never like that. I just can't find an explination, other than some lingering guilt. . . ." she finally looks over at Melantha before resting her forehead against hers.

Mel listens to her then keeps quiet before pulling away "I should have left you alone. I'm the reason you feel guilt. But damn I couldn't help it...you were hott..." she pushes her bangs from her face looking over at the tv show.

"Melantha, I am big girl," Lenore smiles slightly. "I could have ignored you, or been downright mean to you. I went into this. Do not blame yourself," she adds, brushing the bangs that fell back into Melantha's face out of it. "This stuff I am going through is not your fault. I would have had to come to terms with it with someone else if it wasn't you." She tilts her head to the side. "What, do you regret anything?" she asks, a smile tickling the corner of her lips.

Mel acturally blushes, which was something she rarely ever did. Shaking her head she smiles "Not one bit of it..." she pauses then places her hand over Lenore's hand "I'm always going to be here to help you. Even with this whole Eirnae thing, if she shows up and you want her back..I will step aside and leave you alone.." she meant it as she looked up at Lenore's eyes.

"Can we cross that bridge when we get there?" Lenore says quietly. "If Eirnae comes back, I don't know how I will feel. I loved her so much. . . . I still love her, deeply. She will always have a big part of my heart, she was my first love. . . . But, right now, I want to be with you. . . ." Lenore smiles a little. "I don't know how much of me you want, but I will give you all that I can. . . ."

Mels eyes widen alittle, she hadn't expected that, she smiles then leans in brushing her lips against Lenore's "Of course, for now we just be us and have fun right?" she runs her hand though Lenore's hair then brushes her thumb against her cheek.

Mel smiles holding Lenore in her arms. She makes a solem vow to herself not to fall in love with this woman even though she wishes to, and if her lovers was to ever come back she would indeed do what she said by stepping aside.
Frowning she closes her eyes thinking to herself "I just hope that her past never returns..."
