So....if you're taking birth control every morning at the same time, and you and your boyfriend have sex but don't use a condom, can you still get pregnant? Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I need to know.

Of course you can. Birth control pills are only about 97-99 percent effective even when used properly. Your chances, obviously, are a lot lower than if you were not taking them. But there is still that little chance of it happening.
I'd say that if you're really paranoid about getting pregnant, you should use a back up option such as a condom with spermicide.

I'll be a nazi and say that if you're being responsible, you'd be using condoms in addition to the Pill. Condoms are the back-up in case your pill fails, because even if you take it every day on time, it's only about 97 - 99% effective as Preston said, PLUS there's other factors that can cause the Pill to be less ineffective. Condoms also provide STD protection, which no hormonal method gives.
If you're really paranoid about getting pregnant, don't have intercourse and/or do other sexual things instead. If you're going to be sexually active, you need to be mature and responsible about it, and that means (among other things) using condoms every time you have sex. 3nodding
