The ability to sign up to escape from Ista's over crowding has finally arrived, but the duration of time in which people can sign up is short!
((END DATE: FRIDAY the 28th of AUGUST))
At this time: only Adult Riders can sign up to be transferred. Once transferred, it will be difficult to be transferred back if you change your mind, so please consider carefully before volunteering your involvement in this RP opportunity.
((Candidates and craftsmen may also transfer, though weyrlings cannot.))
The next update will occur AFTER the signups have closed.
RANKS WILL -NOT- NESSISARILY TRANSFER!!!! PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND. Your character may have a different rank assignment when they are transferred, since there's a good chance they will be -added- to established wings.
