My brother hits me. Alot. My older BROTHER. A giant 14 year old football player beats up his gangly wimpy 12 year old baby sister. I guess he never grew out of it when we were little. He hits me in public Sometimes people help Most times people stare as a skinny 12 year old weakling gets beat up by a fresman. He's also a hypocrite. If I try to fight back (usually scratching his arm til he bleeds) he starts to yell at me and say that if I keep acting that "vicious" I'm gonna get thrown in jail when I'm older. If he's pissed at anyone or anything, I usually get hurt. And he always acuses me of being unable to control my anger. And when he's not physically abusing me, it's emotional abuse. Always calling me stupid and ugly He and my mom like to joke about how I was just an "oops" I know what youre thinking "Get over it kid, my parents hated me too" After three or four months of hearing you were just an accident, it really makes an impact, ya know? And I'm sure you're expecting me to complain about school too. No, I'm not. Honestly there is nothing to complain about, school just started. I like school, it's my only escape from my family Back to my older brother Yes, my parents know whats happening, but it feels like they gave up trying to get him to stop. (Theyre divorced BTW, I live with my mom) I don't know what to do.

Get some counseling, if you want. One of my friends had the same problem, and counseling did help. But if I were you, I'd ruin his social life, and anything else he hold precious. But, I'm not suggesting that. ninja But if he wants to play with fire, you might as well burn him. heart

Child Protective Services. This is a serious case of abuse and you should report it immediately. Look up the number online for your area or grab a phonebook.

[Ashes][is][Ashes] Child Protective Services. This is a serious case of abuse and you should report it immediately. Look up the number online for your area or grab a phonebook. I'm afraid of what might happen if I do........ My brother might move in with my dad But even if he does it'll be months before it actually happens

How old is your brother?
If he's a minor and CPA determines that he's a threat to you or any member of your family he will most likely be placed in juvinile hall or a foster home until they determine he is no longer a threat.
If he's no longer a minor then he'll likely be arrested and placed on probation.

It's happened to me before too. We grew apart because she started having issues with holding friendships. Not the point.
Act normal. Don't let them know you know. Go about your life.
It's normal to be the object of someone's affections, hetero, homo, or bisexual. If they make their intentions obvious, act like you would if a guy you were friends with (but didn't want a relationship with) were doing the same thing.
