A sweetshop, owned by Ambrosius Flume and his wife, which is filled with shelves upon shelves of the most succulent-looking sweets imaginable. In addition to the standard wizarding candy that is sold there, the owners also make their own fudge and chocolate. For obvious reasons, the shop is quite a popular destination for Hogwarts students when visiting Hogsmeade on the weekends.
Down in the cellar of the shop, amidst the boxes and wooden crates and known to only a select few people, is a trap door in the dusty floor - which opens to reveal a secret passageway to Hogwarts.

Trista followed with Payton, gazing around to take in all the sights of the students who were new to Hogsmeade. Watching their reactions and amazement made Trista think back to her own third year when she had just been able to enter Hogsmeade. She couldn't do anything but smile at the children and be happy for them. Trista and Payton entered the shop and they stared around at the crowded room, watching the rushing children as they zoomed by, introducing the new sweets to their friends. Trista laughed at the sight, but answered Payton with a 'yes'.
Payton walked with Trista over to the stand feeling just like the younger students in the shop. He was excited about anything new for it was a break into civilization at times. He stood over some of the shorter students and could see the display of candies, a bowl that held a few samples to try. "Lava Flow?" Payton said after picking up a red and white wrapper candy from the bowl and stared at the white volcano. He turned the wrapper over to read the inscriptions, "coconut shell with oozing fruit flavor."
Payton lifted his head to look at the sign, "one taste of this candy and you'd be whisked away to a tropical paradise. Warning, some may actually be hot like lava...great." He looked over at the woman behind the counter as she watched the students take one each to try. "How about we have a go at it?" he suggested, fumbling to open the wrapper of his candy.

Trista watched as Payton examined the exotic candy and laughed when he suggested trying it. "You go ahead with that." She watched as Payton and the other testers ate their candy and examined their faces to see if anybody happened to be unlucky.

Payton opened the wrapper with much effort and pulled out the red color candy. After examining the candy for a few seconds he popped one into his mouth and walked over to check out another candy display. The flavor of the candy began to water his mouth, over taking his senses as he began to imagine what it felt being on an island. "I don't think this candy is suppose to make you feel like you're on an island," he stated, fanning himself with his hand. Even though the candy didn't taste hot, he sure started to feel that way.
"What type of candy are you thinking about getting?" Payton asked, trying to ignore the heat that began to creep up on his face.

"Hmm." Trista paced around the room, examining all the candies scattered about. "I was just hoping to look around and maybe find some interesting and new ones." She walked over to a counter where the fudge was held. "One pound of peanut butter fudge, please." Trista addressed the store clerk behind the counter and continued to look around more while she waited. She rushed around trying to grab a bunch of different things, knowing that they would need to leave soon. On her trip she managed to grab two packets of Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans, a few cased of Chocolate Frogs, one Giant Gumball, and a handful of dark chocolate truffles. She took her findings up to the counter where her fudge was waiting, and threw the candy onto the counter. She waited for the cashier to ring up all of her items, then paid with the correct amount. Once her candy was bagged, she walked back over to Payton. "Are you getting anything here, Payton?"

Payton didn't want to follow but watched as Trista moved around the store getting a few candies here and there. He decided to do the same, grabbing a few chocolate frogs to add to his collection. He didn't get any new ones, he could use them to build a pyramid or practice his card flying. He moved around towards the other end of the store where the wall of glass jars held different types of licorice wands. He placed a few in a bag and moved to grab some exploding candy - that crackle and pop in your mouth, chocolate covered lollipops and a few candy soda pops. He reached the counter when Trista finished paying for her candy.
"Yeah, I've grabbed a few things. Some of my favorites, thought we could try them together," Payton offered and placed the items on the counter to be rung up. He reached into his pocket to grab out a few Galleons and paid the woman. With his bag ready to go with his sweets, he held out his elbow for Trista to take. "Off to Zonko's, shall we?"

Trista waited for Payton to finish his shopping. When he offered her his elbow, she giggled but took it. "We shall." She said to him with a wide grin.

 Jane walked into the bustling shop and grabbed 2 sugar quills. Bought her merchandise then was about to walk out of the store when she bumped into someone.
