I was a Carebears girl myself. That and rugrats were my favorites. Also, I vaguely remember rainbow brite (just the colorful stars, I had a bracelet like them and I used to try to eat it).
I was scared to death of horror movies back then, but I had to watch them eitherway very often. Every weekend I slept over my cousins house and we would watch Child's Play (which is how I got into the habit of sleeping with my TV on, something I still do to this day), and my grandfather babysat me all the time and watched whatever horror movies were on. It was either sit in my room and be scared, or sit with him and watch them...eventually I formed an immunity.

Are You Afraid of the Dark was one of the best children's shows on television when I was a kid. I still watch it on youtube occasionally. I watched Care Bears, too! My blanket that I've had since I was born is a Care Bears blanket and I had Grumpy and Funshine Bear. I don't know what happened to them....I have a suspicion that they ended up in a garage sale.

Agreed. On the Are You Afraid of the Dark? thing. It was excellent. I used to watch it religiously. Scared me half to death as a kid. Now I watch it and go "Hahahaha...you all look so ridiculous". That and Goosebumps. Do you remember when they made a show out of that? Rockin'.
I also watched old school Nick cartoons. Like Doug and Rocko's Modern Life. XD

Cyber Six was a pretty cool show but it never got a second season.

Although it's not a cartoon, I forgot about the Disney show "So Weird" until recently. I was so happy when I found the first two seasons on YouTube. Third season's pretty terrible, though. I'm also sad that the series didn't end the way it was supposed to.
