In my band, I'm the big, scary guy. The picture in my signature is about 4 months old, and I'm heavier now than I was then (I was 240 lbs then, am 247 lbs now). I'm still getting bigger...and stronger.
My workouts slaughter me, though. Yesterday I did the workout
"Karen". Today I did around 20 minutes of
walking lunges, pull-ups, and sit-ups as fast as I could get through them, and my legs feel like they're going to fall off. Most of the time I collapse and lie on the floor for 5 minutes or so after my workouts just to breathe.
Thankfully, tomorrow is a power workout, so it'll be short.
Sometimes I just want to lie down and stay there.
