Hey guys. My name's Brittney, I'm 14 and live in Wisconsin. I used to be a lacto-ovo vegetarian, until my mom decided that I wasn't healthy enough and made me start eating meat again. The only meat that I eat is chicken.
I really want to be a lacto-ovo vegetarian again, and I need some ideas to convince my mom that I will be healthy while doing it. The reason I wasn't healthy is that I'm bulimic. I'm in recovery right now, and I have a meal plan. I thought that the meal plan would be enough for her to see that I would be healthy by being a vegetarian. But it didn't work.
I have a few more ideas, like finding new recipes full of nutrients, and cooking my own vegetarian meals. Do you have any other ideas to help me with my mom?
