Angel wasn't sure where her fellow members were, or why she was the only one in the clan member barracks, but she did know that it was pouring.
The patter of rain on the various windows in the barracks wasn't the soft, relaxing sound of summer drizzles. It was, instead, the violent crunches of a heavy storm straining the nearly empty room that she took refuge in. Angel wasn't afraid of many things, but the fierceness of nature was something she wasn't friendly with. The skies of Gaia hadn't seen a storm as threatening as the one that loomed above it now, and the Vongola definitely wasn't used to the thunder that boomed angrily in the distance, or the lightning that lit up the room so suddenly that it made her jump every time. The most recent collision of air currents had her pulling the blanket over her head, as if the material would save her from some kind of impending doom at the hand of mother nature's wrath.
She could take on Animated ten times more powerful than she was, sure, but toss a little thunder storm at her, and she was shaking in her boots.
"Go awaaaaay," she droned, voice quivering. The soft trembles that her body wracked her with were even obvious through the thick comforter of her bed. As if in response, a crack of lightning lit up the sky once more, bright enough for her to know it was there even through the fibers of her blanket. A nearly inaudible 'meep!' left her parted lips, and she quickly found her small, white pillow to press her face into. This was definitely not her night.
