So What? is a great jazz tune to improve to. Anyone have any stories to tell when you ever played it? I remembered a few weeks ago I was playing and we all somehow missed a beat and our small section went all over the place and it was hilarious.

Actually one of the first jazz tuned i learned on the piano. I have the transcription for the Kind of Blue album and love playing along with it. I havent played a big band arrangment but i have played it in a combo.

it's a simply terrific song. it's actually one of the jazz songs I listened to when I was 5 or 6. then in a jazz combo when I got to solo over it I realised how good it really was.

I'm pretty sure I've played it. The only thing is, I'm not sure if it was in the original key, or if it was in an easier one.

I'd like to hear different versions of the tune. This one could go on forever, it has so much potential!
