So, lets just say that you bought somthing like weed from someone, and you got caught for buying it by an authority figure. What would you do? Simply waeve a lie, or tell the truth and see where it gets you, even though it could very well screw the rest of your life up for you?

Wish me luck on Monday by the way) well it depends on how much you got caught. probably the best thing to do is to tell the truth. i mean really a person should not be buying drugs in the first place. it's illegal after all. i mean the worst that can happen, if you're under 18, is get sent to juvy for 5 months tops. but if you're over 18 you'll probably get sent to jail for 6-7 months. believe me i hope for this person's sake that their under 18 because juvy is better than jail. i know on of my friends got taken away from his father for doing drugs. he spent like a week in jail and is now in juvy. he said that jail was horrible. hope this helps

Get a lawyer and fight it to the death.
The system won't play fair, so why should you?

Depends on two variables. One is the amount of weed you had, two is the specific authority figure.
If the amount of weed you were found with is small (round about an 1/8 oz or less) don't sweat it too much. I've had fiends arrested with more then this and they just got probation. If it as large amount I would seriously recommend the web of lies option.
There are many "authority figures" in ones life, so lets do a run down shall we?
1. Parents
- If your parents are said figure, you may as well fess up. It will suck in the short run but it wont be as bad as the other authority figures catching you. Plus, fessing up here doesn't result in jail time or expulsion/suspension.
2. Cops
-If the cops find you with it and it a small amount, deal with probation. It'll suck. Any larger amount and it will of course be more severe. Here's something to keep in mind, a lawyer might be able to help you out on a technicality, but in any of these scenarios its pretty likely your parents will find out. Try as hard as you can not to get a record as you might have to mention it on job apps and college apps.
3. School
- You can get expelled and kept out of a good school if you don't play your cards right. You'll need your parents in your corner on this one. Hopefully they wont screw you and put this on your record, or give you a punishment that will be kept on record (expulsion, suspension).
Last but not least, don't narc out your friends or pin it on someone else. Don't be that guy.

well it depends are the cops still walking up to your door cuz then you should lie and hide your weed but if you have it in your hands and there is no way to lie your self out of it umm jet the best lawer on the face of the earth and fight it till your death

.....lol i know this is like way old and that youve already passed the test....but i stand by what i had said, Just tell the truth. dont think or scheme, dont play games or tell half truths just blurt it out and be done with it. mrgreen
