Where on EARTH did you hear that rumour? Load of complete tosh in my opinion, however I would be prepared to accept that Captain Jack is in some way linked to the Timelords. But... CAPTAIN JACK IS GETTING HIS OWN SERIES! FELLOW WHOVIANS PREPARE FOR A TOTAL FEST OF JACKYNESS!

As I said, Captain jack is probably a Timelord. Me and a friend at school who is also a Whovian both think Jack is the new timelord. I can't wait until his series starts. It'll rock.
