Okay I've noticed that not many threads are being made and all of them are made by myself the caption(C) and the vicecaption(VC).

Hey guys we have one rule about thread creation:

You can make one as long as you got a free character.

Anyone can make a thread.

FAQ:

Q: What do the threads represent?
A: The setting. You don't need a plot idea to make a thread just name it something and put what charactors who are participating in the title in [brackets]. If its a public thread then don't put anyones names.

Q: I have a plot idea, can I use it?
A: Yes if it only effects your charry and the charries of others that agree to participate. HOWEVER plot ideas that effect the whole camp must be PMed to either the C or VC.

Q: Can I make a thread?
A: Anyone can, if its a success or not is up to the members though.

Okay that should cover thread making, so go out there and enjoy! just don't cramp yourselves into a single thread!! This RP is to big to handle that!!
