I havent slept in quite a long time...and its really catching up with me...i was recently raped, got pregnant, and had a miscarriage...i cant sleep without having nightmares about what hapened....what can i do? im afraid to sleep cuz i dont want nightmares... sweatdrop

I think a lot of women would have nightmares in that situation. You should definitely talk to a professional or look for a local support group to help you cope.

well, a good friend of mines got rape and she was always having nightmares as well, and she stayed on the phone with me one night till she went to sleep, but then she was having nightmares while on the phone with me and talknig in her sleep, so what I did was talk to her in her sleep, and change her story, because I know a great detail of what she went through, I slowly change her dream, her setting and location and who was there through her dreams, and help her with it slowly, maybe it was hypnosis, but I'm glad that I help her out that way. ^_^

I second the idea of talking to a counsellor or another mental health professional. A support group, whether in person or online, might be beneficial too.
