Daunte stallworth has been suspended by comissioner Rodger Goodell for the entire 2009 season! he pleaded guilt in june of 2009 for DUI manslaughter, does he deserve a whole year of suspension, why or why not?

I think its fair. Even tho Leonard Little did the same thing and got 8 weeks i think. They found some weed in his system and he was drunk so. . .yeah i have no problem with it.

I have been following the case closely and I do not remember anything about weed being in Stallworth's system. I know he had alchohol, but I am pretty sure the tox screen that came back for the victim had alchohol in his system but I never heard about any weed for any of it. But another thing, unlike Leanord Little, Stallworth stopped immediately and manned up instead of fighting it. Stallworth's suspension was a bit severe overall. The security tapes showed all what happened and Stallworth could easily have fought and won the manslaughter charge and only had the DUI charge stick. But instead he manned up. He is someone that you should be thankful for that is man enough to admit his mistakes and make ammends in any way he can that is right even against better advice.
