Where do you apply for a summon?
There are two ways to do this. The easiest being to PM the Original Summoner and find out how to learn it, or your can go to your Kage to find out.

what if i want to create a new type of summon that does not exists. its not a new type of one that already exists its a whole new type.

You post the new summon you want to create in the custom summons thread in the customs section found on the main page.

ok thanks i read it before and i got the impression it was only to creat one summon to go along with a type of summonings. im glad to know im wrong. thank you all
